The cutting department checks the leathers one by one before production, and sorts them on the basis of the target color, tissue, thickness and touch.
The approved leathers are cut and made ready for production by experienced craftsmen. Only the problem-free and clean materials are accepted for cutting.
This is also a preliminary check stage. In this way, it is ensured that all models have the same appearance and tylishness in mass production.
Before proceeding to the next stage, the leathers made ready for cutting are checked together with the Design and Pattern department for matching and compliance.
