QUALITY CONTROL

The quality control department checks the products one by one for manufacturing defects. Through the method called secondary control in the control process, experienced eyes perform a second check of the completed products by a second person. Advanced technology machines and various test methods are used in this process. All of the accessories used are subjected to various resistance and strength tests. The quality of leather and fur is examined under special light, and the scarred or damaged parts, if any, are removed.

The stitches, sizes, model critiques, and the tissue quality are examined one by one, and approved before the packaging process. The products failing the approval process are sent back to the relevant department, thus ensuring that the relevant defect is corrected, or that the defective product is produced again, if deemed necessary.
